Artfully crafted, shredded pork was seasoned and marinated perfectly, the pork is garnished with fresh slices of avocado and tomato on a soft torta roll that can hardly contain the filling. All of the sauces are very tasty and really put the sandwich over the top with flavor. This family run establishment has been in business for years, and for good reason. ”

“ Holy smokes this place is great. I arrived here just before close and an elderly couple guessing the owners treated me like familia. I got the ahogada which is a pork torta smothered in salsa. I asked the owners what type of chilis they use and they told me chilis de arbol. Being from the northeast, I had never had a culinary experience quite like this. So spicy but so delicious. This place is a MUST try. ”

The bread really makes the sandwich and you can tell they source from a really good bakery. The owners take tremendous pride in their food and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to let you know they appreciate your business. If you like authentic tastes and are craving something better than the generic trashibertos, than stop in for a delicious sandwich that will leave a craving for another. The location is a little hard to find, but if you are driving you wont be able to miss the purple building across the street from it. Plus the people are so lovely, and a bonus that they are a small family business. ”
